- Back up your Envy. Use the EnvyIPControl utility to create a system backup. If you need help taking the backup, contact us.
- Send THTE a copy. Request the service and we'll arrange for you to send us your backup file. There is no file-upload facility on this page yet.
- We prepare one profile. We add the single NLS+ profile with one set of settings to your backup and return the updated backup file with restoration guidance.
Keep your original backup safe before restoring an updated configuration. We will check that the request can be supported before proceeding.
What is included?
One NLS+ profile with one set of settings, designed to provide AutoFit for Scope and 16:9 screens. This is a fixed-price preparation service, not a remote troubleshooting session. Additional technical support, if required, is charged separately at $45 per 15 minutes by prior agreement.
